Attention:
1. If your car is NTG 4.5/4.7 with 3.5mm AUX IN port, then our product is plug and play for your car.
If your car is NTG 4.5/4.7 with AMI port(no 3.5mm AUX IN port), then you need to activate the AUX IN function on your car as per this video after install our product: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3pzEeyD6qI
If your car is NTG 5.0/5.1 with USB port(no 3.5mm AUX IN port), then we will include AUX to USB adapter to produce audio.
2. You can use the original command knob or touchscreen to operate the new Android screen. Here is a video FYI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IMVPGoCDU4
You can still use the originla command knob to operate the original Mercedes screen. The touchscreen does not operate the original Mercedes screen.
