This Navigation DVD Player is specially designed to upgrade Mercedes-Benz R-Class(W251/V251) standard radio system or navigation head unit. It has the same harness and plug as original radio, totally plug and play when install. _x000D_1. This product is compatible with factory rearview camera, please choose "my car equips with factory backup camera" so that we will include the special adapter(extra US$10) for the camera.
2. This product does not work with the OEM 6 CD changer, but our product supports DVD disc playback and SD/USB music/video, you do not need the old 6 CD changer any more.
3. This product does not have Sirius/XM radio feature, you will loose the Sirius/XM.

NOTE If your car come WITHOUT external Harmon/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided.
_x000D_If your car comes WITH external Harmon/Kardon fiber optic audio system in your Mercedes-Benz then this aftermarket head unit will be a direct plug-and-play replacement using the short wiring adapter lead provided. But you also need the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz. The adapter is optional, please add it from the drop-box. It remains the original Harmon/Kardon audio system, ALL car speakers work as before. Check more info about the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz.
